Great Children's Stories

PDF-file by Frederick Richardson

Great Children's Stories PDF ebook download This collection starts off great, but seems to end flat. The last three or four stories seem to be variants on the repetition stories a.k.a.(there was an old woman who swallowed a fly).

Additionally, the language from the earlier versions (1930's) has not been changed. This means that the are some awkward phrasing and outdated language. (rooster/cock, I'm looking at you)

However, the illustrations are great, and my child (3 year old) loved them and loved asking questions about the photos, or volunteering his ideas about what was happening based on the pictures.
