The initial essay on having her first menstrual period in remote China, where necessary products were nowhere to be found within hundreds of miles, was the strongest. On the other hand, there are a couple of entries that are one sentence each, and a couple that are (based upon) historical events.
So ... if you're looking for a "carry around for downtime" book, this one would work well. However, unless you've got cash to splash, I wouldn't recommend purchasing a copy for less than 50% off - there's just not enough content.
